Section 1: Reservations & Large Fiestas
Do you take reservations?
Sorry amigo! Unfortunately, we are unable to make any reservations at our restaurants. In order to try and eat at a desired time, we suggest getting to the restaurant early and putting your party's name down!
Can you accommodate large fiestas?
Yes, we love large fiestas! For groups larger than 10 people, we will have to split the group into separate tables, side by side, with different waiters/waitresses. Remember to get to the restaurant early and put your party's name down! If you have any questions about your location's ability to fit a large fiesta, just give them a call and ask to speak with the manager!
Can I book a private fiesta?
Since we cannot make reservations, we also cannot book private fiestas. If you would like to have a private fiesta with La Parrilla's food, we suggest ordering a full service catering event. We will come to the location of your choosing and serve the food as if you were in the restaurant!
Section 2: La Parrilla 101
Do you have takeout or delivery?
Everything on our menu is available for to-go orders! All you have to do is call your favorite La Parrilla location, tell them you would like to place a to-go order, and pick it up at the restaurant!We currently offer delivery at 6 of our locations (Marietta Square, Dallas Highway, Alpharetta, Howell Mill, Norcorss, and Toco Hills) through the service DoorDash.
Do you cater?
Whether it's a party, a graduation, or a corporate, we cater it all! We offer 3 different types of catering services (full service event, drop-off, and pick-up.) Head on over to our catering page (laparrilla.com/catering) to see what's best for you!
It's my birthday! Do you do anything special?
We love birthdays! If you tell your server you are celebrating your special day, we will serenade with you the happy birthday song (Spanish style!) and bring you our crispy and delicious, sopapilla dessert!
Section 3: Menus & More
Do you have the nutritional information for your menu?
Here at La Parrilla we use top of the line ingredients and make everything in house daily. At this time we do not offer a nutritional menu, but we promise to always provide you with the best of dishes!
Do you have a gluten-free or vegetarian/vegan menu?
As our guest, we know you expect our high standards in innovation, choice and value. Unfortunately, we're unable to provide gluten-free menu at this time. However, most guests wanting to avoid gluten can eat anything we serve except for our large and small flour tortillas, and items that are fried, beware with those options. Everything else is fine to eat for most guests wanting to avoid gluten, including our crispy corn tacos and our corn chips. For the chips you should let the manager know this situation to avoid cross-contamination, it must fry in a pan separately. Nevertheless, you should know that it's possible our corn may have a small amount of gluten from potentially co-mingling with gluten-containing grains in the field. Just one more thing, taco salad shells are made from wheat tortillas, so have your taco salad on a plate without it. If you are highly sensitive and would like us to change our gloves, we would be happy to do that at your request. Additionally, because our folks work with wheat tortillas all day long, there may be the possibility of cross-contact in our restaurants. We encourage you to carefully consider your dining choices. Please feel free to ask your server or management for more details. They will be more than happy to assist you.
Is there a kids' menu?
We have a specially designed menu just for our mini amigos! Not only does it have games and coloring, but also delicious dishes to choose from!
Is your queso pasteurized?
Yes, the cheese "Land O'Lakes" that we used to produce cheese dip is pasteurized.
Section 4: Gifts
Do you sell gift cards?
We offer the purchase of gift cards on our website and in our restaurants. We will ship your straight to you or to the person you are sending it to. They are the perfect gift for any occasion!
How do I check the balance of my gift card?
To check the balance on your gift card, go to the GIFT CARDS tab on our website, click "check balance" and type in the number on the back of the card.
What if my gift card is lost or stolen?
La Parrilla unable to replace or provide refunds for gift cards that have been lost or stolen.
Section 5: Donations & Sponsorships
Do you make any donations?
We love to give back to our communities all year long by donating gift cards to various charitable groups and events. Please contact the General Manager at your local restaurant for information. Please note that none of our restaurants makes cash donations or sponsors events.
Do you sponsor any local companies or events?
We currently to not sponsor any local companies or events.
Section 6: Other
Where is the La Parrilla corporate office?
Our La Parrilla headquarters is located in Marietta at 1306 Cobb Industrial Dr, Marietta, GA 30066.
Do you have restaurants outside of Atlanta?
Yes! We have locations in Savannah, GA, Dothan, AL, and Greenville, SC. We look forward to expanding in the future!
Section 7: Rewards Program
How does La Parrilla Rewards work?
After you become an official Parrilla member, you will earn points (automatically when you order on the app!) and will receive 10 points per dollar on most purchases! When you have reached 1200 points, you will have "La Parrilla Cash" to spend at the restaurant (excludes alcohol.
Do I have to download the app to receive points and rewards?
Yes! Think of the app as your wallet, it will hold all your La Parrilla Cash and you can earn extra rewards points over time for special deals and promotions!
Can I redeem my rewards whenever I want?
Of course! Just make sure they are redeemed before the expiration date!
Do my rewards expire?
Every reward will have its own expiration date, be sure to look!
If I order from DoorDash, can I still get points for my purchase?
Unfortunately, we cannot redeem points from third party orders. You can still get points from our takeout meals!
